artvent calendar door #9: medieval weddings

This year I had a few commissions showing wedding couples. I assume that after the last two years of the pandemic, many marriages were postponed to this year. My brother-in-law also got married, so I drew a picture for him and his wife to celebrate their big day (including a self-designed and self-embroidered (!) emblem showing the three roots of the groom’s origin). May the couples have a long, happy and common life ahead of them. =)
